Full Service Catering:  Select Mama Roja to cater you next fiesta and we bring the great food and service to you.

Deluxe Delivery and Setup:  Hot fresh food delivered to your location, a staff member will arrange your buffet with disposable chafing dishes, plate ware, serving pieces, utensils, and napkins.

Basic Drop Off Service:  Hot Fresh Food delivered to your location, in disposable serving pans.

Party Packs To Go:  We will have your order packaged and ready for you to pick up at the restaurant.  

24 hour notice is appreciated on all Catering and large party orders.  Delivery, set up & gratuity fees may apply
